ਐਫਆਰਐਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਹੇਠ ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਸਰਕਾਰ : ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਿਹਾ, ਐਫਆਰਐਸ ਲਈ ਓਟੀਪੀ ਮੰਗਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 28 ਜੂਨ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ (ਸੀਟੂ) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਈਸੀਡੀ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਐਫਆਰਐਸ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਪਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਲ ਹਿੰਦ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਊਸ਼ਾ ਰਾਣੀ, ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹਰਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਪੰਜੌਲਾ, ਸੂਬਾ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸੁਭਾਸ਼ ਰਾਣੀ, ਜੁਆਇੰਟ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਕੌਰ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ। ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਫਆਰਐਸ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੱਤ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਕੰਮ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਨਾਲ ਫਿਰ ਇਕ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਚਾਰਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਿਰਫ 166 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਟੈਲੀਕਾਮ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਐਨੇ ਦਾ ਰਿਚਾਰਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੀ। ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ...
