Chandigarh 8 October ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The Chandigarh Congress held a massive torchlight march in Bapu Dham Colony against the Election Commission and Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Congress leaders alleged that people were concerned about the process of removing eligible voters' names from the voter lists in the name of SIR.
