ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ 6 ਨਵੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਸਕੂਲ (ਡੀਪੀਐੱਸ) ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਦਾ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਬੜੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਸਭਾ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਬੁਰਾਈ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੰਗਿਆਈ ਦੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਰਚਨਾਤਮਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ, ਰੰਗ-ਬਿਰੰਗੀਆਂ ਕਲਾ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੋਰੰਜਕ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ-ਦੂਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਮਿਠਾਈਆਂ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਮਨਾਈਆਂ। ਸਕੂਲ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ‘ਗ੍ਰੀਨ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ’ ਮਨਾਉਣ ’ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਟਾਕਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ-ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ਼-ਸੁਥਰਾ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਮੁਕਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਸਾਰਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਤਿਉਹਾਰੀ ਰੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੰਗਿਆ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਇਆ। ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਸੀ ਪਿਆਰ, ਏਕਤਾ, ਖੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਵੰਡਣ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
