SGPC Should Send Legal Notice to Arshdeep Singh Kaler : Gurpratap Singh Wadala Chandigarh 6 August ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Shiromani Akali Dal Punar-Surjit General Secretary Gurpratap Singh Wadala, in a written press statement, said that the SGPC President announced today during a press conference that a legal notice was being sent to a news channel for allegedly starting the live broadcast of Gurbani without authorization. Organised by Chandigarh Citizens Foundation (CCF) and SPIC MACAY in collaboration with Delhi Public School Chandigarh and Dass and Brown Experiential Learning School, Panchkula, the festival featured 16 film screenings at two venues.
