London City and the snow-clad Kashmir Valley will be the centre of attraction.

Chandigarh 28 November (Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : When you find London City, the snow-capped Kashmir Valley, shopping and a merry-go-round all in one place, the joy of visiting becomes undeniable. All this can be enjoyed and witnessed at the "Chandigarh Utsav" organized by Jindal Events at the Exhibition Ground in Sector 34. From November 25, 2025, to December 31, 2025, this "Chandigarh Utsav" is going to be a wonderful and fun-filled place for the residents of the Tricity. Jindal Events directors Bipan Jindal, Ashok Sharma, and organizer Suresh Kapila stated that they strive to bring something new to the table every time to entertain visitors. Previously, concepts like Singapore Airlines, UFOs, and Snow World have entertained and thrilled visitors. Now, to entertain Tricity residents, "Chandigarh Utsav" is being held from November 25th to December 31st. A grand London-themed entrance has been designed. Visitors will see London's world-famous Big Ben clock. Upon entering, visitors will find a selfie zone decorated with vibrant and colorful lights. Here, they can click memorable photos with themselves and their family members. Further down, visitors will be treated to a view of the snow-capped Kashmir Valley. Occasional mechanical snow showers will evoke the feeling of snowy weather. Afterward, visitors can enjoy a variety of delicacies at the food stalls. Additionally, approximately 10 swings have been installed for children and adults. These swings include the Dragon Wheel, Columbus, Break Dance, Mickey Mouse, Dragon Train, Giant Wheel, House, and Merry-Go-Round, among others. Therefore, all swings have been fitness tested.

Suresh Kapila said, "The carnival offers a wonderful evening. You can come here not only with friends but also with family to create memorable moments. Full of color and fun, the carnival is packed with amusement rides. A day of fun here is sure to be filled with joy." He informed that the entry fee for the "Chandigarh Utsav," which begins on November 25, 2025, and ends on December 31, is ₹50 per person. The "Chandigarh Utsav" will run from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Stalls selling all kinds of items, including readymade garments, terracotta sculptures, Rajasthani pure gachak, wooden designer furniture, Panipat handlooms, Badoi carpets, Kashmiri warm clothing, and magnetic acupressure machines, books, and swings for children's entertainment are available. According to him, the festival has comprehensive security measures in place. CCTV cameras have been installed at various locations. Fire safety equipment is also available to prevent any untoward incidents.
