Chandigarh 21 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A deeply reflective and thought-provoking memoir by noted academician Dr Harjinder Singh Rose, titled “From Jaitewali to the Halls of Academia: Odyssey: Roots to Heights”, was released at Chandigarh Press Club on Tuesday (April 23).
