Chandigarh's International Table Tennis Coach Pulkit Arora Shortlisted for Head Coach of Namibia National Team
Chandigarh 30 June ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : In a proud moment for Indian table tennis, Pulkit Arora, Founder and Head Coach of Positive Table Tennis Academy, has been shortlisted for the position of Head Coach of the Namibia National Table Tennis Team. The Namibia Table Tennis Association (NTTA) officially informed Pulkit Arora via email that he has been shortlisted for the next stage of the selection process. As part of this stage, the association has requested him to submit his expected salary, coaching vision, and a strategic two-year development plan for the Namibia national team.
Pulkit Arora is an ITTF Level-2 Certified Coach and has been coaching table tennis players for the past 14 years. In 2024, he represented India as a coach at the ITTF Para Thailand Open. Under his guidance, several players have won medals at the state, national, and international levels, bringing laurels to the country and the region. Expressing his happiness over the achievement, Pulkit Arora said that being shortlisted for the position of Head Coach of the Namibia National Team is a matter of immense pride and honor for him. He described the recognition as the result of years of dedication, hard work, and commitment to the sport. He also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all his players, parents, colleagues, and well-wishers for their unwavering support throughout his journey.
