Dirba (Sangrur) 21 July ( PDL ) : Today, the state level rally of PWD Field and Workshop Workers Union Punjab was held at Dirba Grain Market under the chairmanship of State President Makhan Singh Wahidpuri. Giving information about this, Press Secretary Sanjeev Kondal said that colleagues from all districts of Punjab participated in this rally. State President Makhan Singh said that the Aam Aadmi Party government is a very stubborn government and an anti-employee government. The government met with Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema many times but did not fulfill any demand and this government is only an advertisement government and in reality this government has not fulfilled any demand of the employees till date.
The main demands of the union, including regularization of the department's indentured workers, outsourced workers, muster workers, The demands include issuing 18% DA, promoting grade three and four workers, implementing old pension for Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board employees, promoting diploma pass employees to junior engineers and regular recruitment in the department.
