RWA Sector 18 held a meeting with police officials regarding security in Sector 18 Chandigarh 19 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : An important meeting was held at the Sector 18 Community Center on Saturday, September 19th, to discuss the security situation in the area and the concerns of residents. DSP-East P Abhinandan and Sector 19 Police Station in-charge Sarita Roy were special guests at the meeting. Organized under the auspices of RWA Sector 18 official Harman Mehta, the event was attended by Dr. Rajneesh Sharma, President of RWA Sector 18 A and B, and officials Sandhya Dharam, Sandhya Dham, and Harmel Singh, President of RWA Sector 18 D, and Harinder Bhatti, along with area councilors Anoop Gupta and Sumita Kohli, among others. Gurdwara Baba Jiwan Singh (Bhai Jaita) G Phase 3A, Mohali to hold committee election on August 9
S.A. A. Nagar 16 July (Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal): The committee meeting of Gurdwara Baba Jiwan Singh (Bhai Jaita) G Phase 3A, Sector 53A Mohali was held on 06-07-2026, in which a resolution was unanimously passed that the election of the next committee of the committee should be held on 09-08-2026. So as per the decision taken in the meeting, a general meeting has been called at Gurdwara Sahib on 09-08-2026 at 11:00 am, in which the election of the management committee will be held.
The nomination form for the election of the office bearers of the committee can be submitted to the Finance Secretary along with Rs. 10000/- from 01-08-2026 to 03-08-2026 till 5-00 PM, and the date for withdrawal of nomination form is 04 and 05-08-2026 till 5-00 PM. The nomination form can be filled only by the registered member of Gurdwara Sahib, no other member. This election will be held as per the Hukam Nama issued by the Honorable Sri Akal Takht Sri Amritsar vide Resolution No./ Akal/Takht-3477, dated 22-11-2013. In which only the person who has taken Amrit can fill his nomination form for the election.
