Chandigarh 10 July ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Renowned philanthropist, social worker, and Co-founder of Plaksha University, Karan Gilhotra, was recently conferred the “Outstanding Philanthropist Award” by the Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Chandigarh, Gulab Chand Kataria, at a prestigious ceremony.
