Goldy was detained by the police during Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s visit to Sangrur. Warring said that Goldy had announced in advance that he had certain questions to ask to the Chief Minister. However, much before the Chief Minister’s visit, Goldy was detained and prevented from asking any questions. “I wonder why Bhagwant Mann is afraid of Goldy?” Warring asked, while telling him that today he may be able to use the Punjab Police but within a few months more once the code of conduct is in place, how can he stop people from asking questions. Over 1,000 sisters participated in this special event, filling the campus with excitement and a sense of belonging. On this occasion, the institute's founders, Ritu Insan and Ravindra Siwach, wished all sisters a happy Rakshabandhan and a bright future.
During the event, Ritu Insan and Ravindra Siwach also made an important social pledge.
