School bags, pencils, erasers, and drawing books distributed to 180 needy children
Chandigarh 15 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : With the objective of promoting education and encouraging young children, the social welfare organization 'Nature Nine Foundation'—in collaboration with Ward No. 24 Councilor Jasbir Singh Bunty—organized a scholarship distribution program for students in grades 1 through 5 at the Community Center in Sector 42, located in the village of Atawa. In which a large number of parents and children participated. Present on this occasion were R.S. Tomar, along with Neeraj Sood (President, Nature Nine Foundation), Neha Goyal (General Secretary, Nature Nine Foundation), Malkit Singh, Paras, Kikar Singh, Dev, and Rajkumar.
Under this scheme, forms were accepted until March 31, 2026, resulting in the registration of approximately 180 children. On this occasion, school bags, books, pencils, erasers, and drawing books were distributed to all the children, with the aim of encouraging their creative talents.
Councillor Jasbir Singh Bunty stated that the objective of this initiative is to motivate children towards education and provide support to their parents. He said that this is not merely the distribution of scholarships, but a means to inspire children to move forward.
While encouraging the children, he announced that next year, those students who will score more than 80% marks, They will also be given special rewards along with scholarships. So that children can bring glory to their families, wards, and cities. Various dignitaries from the community were also present at the event, notably including Pradhan Rajkumar Sharma, Arun Agarwal, Shiv Kumar, Raju Tiwari, Pawan Singh, Vinod Kaushal, and Balkrishna. This initiative reflects a commitment to the welfare of society and the bright future of children.
